A strong body isn't built in a day, but with proper form and consistency, we get results that stick.
Many people focus on building big muscles that are useless on the track or in daily activities. I teach 'practical power'. Whether you are a student prepping for school sports or an adult aiming for a marathon personal best, your body needs to be balanced and injury-resistant.
My Training Approach
We combine compound lifts with functional stability work. Every exercise I prescribe has a purpose:
- Compound Movements: Exercises like dumbbell thrusters and sumo squats target multiple muscle groups, saving time and building coordinated strength.
- Stability Work: Using Swiss balls and agility drills improves your core control and balance, which is vital for preventing injuries.
- Progressive Overload: We start with basics and increase intensity steadily. No shortcuts, just hard work.
Where We Train
I operate out of gyms and parks across Noida. My goal is to make high-quality fitness coaching accessible, whether you live near Sector 45, 50, or 99. We use a mix of free weights, cable machines, and bodyweight training to ensure you can perform anywhere.
