Speed training is essential for any fighter. Here, my clients are working on explosive power with hurdle jumps and quick footwork through agility cone drills.

Mastering the dance of the ring starts with footwork. Using the agility ladder, these young fighters are developing the precision and speed needed to control their movement during a fight.

Kettlebell swings are a core part of our strength and conditioning. This exercise builds explosive power from the ground up, essential for powerful punches and a strong core.

We use a variety of tools to build well-rounded athletes. This session shows fighters using medicine balls for explosive strength and practicing light sparring to apply their skills.
