Why We Run: The Trackblazers Way

Running with us is more than just moving your feet. It's about figuring out what you're made of, pushing your own limits, and doing it with folks who get it. Doesn't matter if you're 25, 40, or 59 - everyone's welcome as long as you're ready to put in the work.

How We Coach

We go beyond just running laps. You'll get:

  • Personalized marathon training plans, built for your goals. We start with biomechanics so you don’t get stuck with cookie-cutter stuff.
  • A big focus on injury prevention for runners - proper warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, and mobility. We’ll show you every move, not just tell you.
  • Strength training for runners, with a mix of weight work, core, and plyometrics. We switch it up between the track and the sands of Juhu Beach.
  • Race prep for everything from 10k to full marathon, plus nutrition advice and even the occasional high-altitude camp for those who want to go all in.

My Story

At Trackblazers, we’re more than just coaches – we’re a crazy bunch who treat each other like family. I’m Firoz, head coach here. We built this place so kids and grown-ups both feel at home, not just at practice. Watching folks like Dr. Indu start running at 49 and win medals, or seeing a sleepy kid now smashing it at 5:15 AM, that’s why we do this. We know the grind, the sweat, the laughs. It’s not just muscle, it’s pure heart.
