About Podium Finishes & Race Day Glory
You don't accidentally end up on the podium. It takes technical adjustments to your gait, race-specific nutrition planning, and targeted strength work to sustain intensity over a 10k or a full marathon. We video-analyze your form at P.A. Mhatre Sports Academy and build your capacity around your specific running mechanics, rather than just logging miles.
Success in athletics isn't a secret. It is a formula of consistency, injury prevention, and data-backed training. Whether you are a beginner looking to finish your first 5k or an experienced runner chasing a personal best in a major marathon like TMM, the training methodology remains the same.
The Methodology
We move away from 'cookie-cutter' training plans. Our runners undergo:
- Biomechanics Analysis: We record your gait to identify imbalances before they become injuries.
- Strength & Conditioning: We don't just run; we spend time on the sand at Juhu Beach and in the gym, focusing on explosive power and core stability.
- Periodized Planning: For our marathoners, we structure 12-week blocks that include base building, peak intensity, and taper phases, ensuring you hit the start line fresh and strong.
Why It Works
Our runners, from seasoned marathoners to newcomers, consistently perform because they train with intent. Dr. Indu Tandon, for example, didn't start running competitively until 49. Her 90+ podiums are proof that with the right guidance on nutrition and technique, your age or background is secondary to your commitment. We handle the programming and the technical coaching—you just show up and put in the work.
If you are tired of stagnant race times or recurring running injuries, come train with us. We aren't here to promise you an easy run; we are here to help you get faster, stronger, and more efficient.
Trackblazers
I'm Firoz, head coach at Trackblazers. I built this academy for people who want to stop guessing and start training like athletes. We treat everyone—from the 4-year-old on the track to the 50-year-old marathoner—with the same intensity because the road to a podium finish is the same for everyone: hard work.
