Pricing Guide
Foundation Athletics Program (3 Days/Week)
Batch Details
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Timings: Fixed batches available in Morning (5:30 AM to 7:00 AM) or Evening (4:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
- Venue: P.A. Mhatre Sports Academy (Outdoor clay/mud track).
- Group Size: Mixed age group training with approximately 15 to 20 students.
Core Training Modules
- Sprint Mechanics: Drills focusing on foot rate, arm action, and running posture.
- Agility Work: Usage of agility ladders, mini-hurdles, and cones for coordination.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight exercises including pushups, lunges, and core drills (planks/sit-ups).
- Event Intro: Introduction to Long Jump (sand pit landing) and basic standing throws.
Supervision & Policies
- Coaching: Sessions led by NIS certified assistant coaches under Head Coach oversight.
- Attendance Policy: Strict policy with no refunds or carry-forward options for missed sessions.
Competitive Performance Program (6 Days/Week)
Advanced Training Schedule
- Frequency: Intensive training 5 to 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday).
- Strength & Conditioning: Access to gym facilities for weight training (Barbells, Squats, Deadlifts) to build explosive power.
- Off-Site Training: Periodic endurance and resistance sessions conducted at Juhu Beach.
Technical Specialization
- Event Focus: Specialized coaching for Sprints (Block starts), Jumps (Fosbury Flop/Approach runs), or Throws (Glide/Spin techniques).
- Biomechanics: Video-based analysis of running form recorded to correct micro-errors in posture.
- Nutrition: Personalized diet chart creation focusing on protein intake and recovery strategies.
Competition Management
- Event Support: Assistance with registration and on-ground warm-up support for District and State meets.
- Mentorship: Direct access to the Head Coach for goal setting and mental conditioning.
- Periodization: Training load managed specifically around the competitive calendar (MSSA/DSO).

- We believe in strength and conditioning for runners and jumpers—so yes, you’ll lift, jump, and sweat in the gym, but it’s always smart and focused.

Our Way
- We train everywhere: synthetic tracks, grass, beaches, gyms. Sometimes you’ll find sand in your shoes, but that’s just part of the process.
- My athletes have gone from zero medals to international wins, but honestly, the biggest win is when you surprise yourself.

My Story
At Trackblazers, we’re more than just coaches – we’re a crazy bunch who treat each other like family. I’m Firoz, head coach here. We built this place so kids and grown-ups both feel at home, not just at practice.
