Why I Coach
Running isn’t just about fitness, it’s about building grit that carries you through busy weeks, family commitments, and all the unpredictability. For me, discipline is the highest form of self-love. You can’t shortcut the process - every rep, every session, it shows up in your life, not just your body.
My Style
I don’t believe talent alone makes a runner. Your drive, your hunger, is what will get you to that finish line. We’ll work together on mental resilience for runners and teach your mind to back you up when your body wants to quit. Actions matter more than words - prem ka asli rang kaam mein dikhta hai (the true colour of love shows in actions).
