Local Athletics Bootcamp (4 Weeks)
Schedule
- Duration: 4 weeks (Total 12-13 sessions).
- Frequency: 3 days per week.
- Session Length: 60 minutes.
- Timing: Batches available in Morning (6:00 AM) or Evening (4:00 PM).
Training Content
- Drills: ABC (Agility, Balance, Coordination) drills to correct posture.
- Technique: Introduction to sprint mechanics and reaction time drills.
- Activities: Relay races, hurdle games, and light plyometrics.
Facility & Staff
- Venue: Access to P.A. Mhatre Sports Academy sandpits and equipment.
- Coaching: Direct supervision by NIS-certified coaches (1:15 ratio).
- Completion: Participation certificate provided.
Residential Technical Camp (7 Days)
Logistics
- Transport: Return travel from Mumbai (AC Bus or Train) included.
- Accommodation: 6 nights shared stay (Quad/Dorm) in sports complex hostels or hotels.
- Meals: Full board athlete diet (Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea, Dinner).
Training Regime
- Volume: Double sessions daily (Morning Technical + Evening Speed/Power).
- Facilities: Exclusive access to professional synthetic tracks and gym.
- Analysis: Video review of running form and biomechanics.
Supervision
- Staff: 24/7 supervision by head coaches.
- Focus: Restricted phone usage policy to ensure recovery and focus.
High-Altitude Performance Expedition (10-12 Days)
Location Specs
- Region: High-altitude terrain (Leh, Ladakh, or Manali).
- Elevation: Training at approx. 8,000 to 11,000 ft.
- Duration: 10 to 12 days including acclimatization.
Specialized Training
- Conditioning: Hill runs, sand training, and uneven terrain drills.
- Monitoring: Daily checks of Heart Rate and SpO2 (Oxygen Saturation).
- Protocol: Strict acclimatization schedule to prevent altitude sickness.
Logistics
- Stay: 3-star equivalent hotels or guest houses (twin/triple sharing).
- Transfers: Local transport between hotel and training grounds.
- Nutrition: High-calorie meals suited for cold weather energy expenditure.

Camp Options
- High-altitude endurance training: We take you to tough terrains for speed sessions and long jump drills. Endurance, strength, and mental toughness get a serious upgrade - but yeah, the altitude is no joke. You feel the burn, and then you see the results.
- Intensive off-site camps: We set up shop in places like SVJCT Sports Academy, away from the city noise. The schedule is packed, the focus is sharp, and the whole crew levels up together. It's not easy, but the feeling when you finish? Next level.
- Youth summer athletics camp: Kids get a space to run wild, learn skills, and build confidence. It's fun, a little loud, and very rewarding. We keep it engaging so every child feels seen and cheered on.

My Story
At Trackblazers, we’re more than just coaches – we’re a crazy bunch who treat each other like family. I’m Firoz, head coach here. We built this place so kids and grown-ups both feel at home, not just at practice. It’s not just muscle, it’s pure heart.
