A glimpse into a typical gym session at our academy. This video montage shows athletes performing barbell lunges, leg extensions, and bench presses, all crucial for building the power needed for running.
This graphic highlights our core training focus: building stamina, speed, and endurance. The image shows an athlete engaged in a barbell squat, a foundational exercise for lower body strength.
This video demonstrates a plyometric drills session, featuring exercises like high knees, jump lunges, and medicine ball throws. These explosive movements are essential for improving neuromuscular coordination for sprinters and jumpers.
Overpower, Overtake, Overcome. This image of an athlete mid-stride on the track embodies the mindset we cultivate. It's about pushing past your limits and triumphing against all odds.

This image reminds us that athletics is not just about physical strength, but about heart and mind. A focused runner on the track illustrates the mental fortitude required to rise to any challenge.
About Our Training System: Strength, Speed & Technique
Before you commit to a routine, we start every athlete with a video-based biomechanics analysis. Most running injuries happen because of how your feet hit the ground or an inefficient arm swing, not because you lack grit. We fix those small mechanical errors first so you get faster and stronger rather than just exhausted.
Our system doesn’t believe in cookie-cutter fitness plans. When you train with us, we switch between the track at P.A. Mhatre Sports Academy and the resistance of the sand at Juhu Beach. This mix is intentional: the track gives you speed, while the sand builds the stabilizer muscles that keep you injury-free.
The Three Pillars of Our System
- Biomechanics & Technique: We don't just tell you to run; we break down your gait. We work on your posture, foot strike, and arm swing to make every stride efficient.
- Specific Strength: This isn't general gym work. We focus on runner-specific strength training—plyometrics for explosiveness, barbell work for power, and core stability to handle the grind of long-distance runs.
- Endurance Conditioning: Whether you are prepping for a 10k or a full marathon, our periodized training blocks ensure you have the stamina to finish strong. We analyze your logs and pace to keep you in the right zones.
We train everyone from four-year-olds to masters athletes. The '4 to 40' age gap doesn't matter on the track; the intensity is the same for everyone. If you're ready to stop guessing and start training with a clear, data-backed plan, come down to a session and see how the system works firsthand.
Trackblazers
I'm Firoz. I built Trackblazers to be a place where a sleepy kid and a 49-year-old marathoner can train side-by-side. We aren't about fancy gym memberships; we're about heart, sweat, and the technical work that actually gets you results.
