Junior Foundation Program (3 Days/Week)
Batch Details
- Schedule: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Ratio: Small group setting with 1:6 to 1:8 coach-to-student ratio.
Curriculum
- Technique: Basket feeding drills for forehand, backhand, and volley mechanics.
- Agility: Footwork development using ladders and cones on the clay surface.
- Fitness: Basic calisthenics and flexibility exercises performed on court.
Requirements
- Provided: Age-appropriate tennis balls (Red/Orange/Green dot) and training aids.
- Student Brings: Tennis racquet, non-marking tennis shoes, and water.
Adult Cardio & Skill Program (3 Days/Week)
Training Structure
- Frequency: 3 weekly sessions in morning (6-9 AM) or evening slots.
- Duration: 60 minutes of intensive play.
- Group Size: Capped at 1:4 or 1:5 ratio for maximum ball-striking time.
Skill & Fitness
- Drills: Spanish hand-feeding drills and cross-court rally practice.
- Gameplay: Tie-breaker scenarios and point play under pressure.
- Cardio: High-movement drills designed for endurance.
Facility
- Surface: Outdoor Red Clay courts.
- Balls: Mixture of pressureless balls for drills and pressurized balls for match play.
1-on-1 Private Technical Session
Session Format
- Coach Access: Dedicated time with a Senior Coach (No other students).
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Scheduling: Flexible timing based on mutual convenience.
Training Scope
- Customization: Tailored drills to fix specific grips or swing paths.
- Volume: High-repetition basket feeding (100+ balls) for muscle memory.
- Live Sparring: Direct rallying with the coach to simulate match pace.
Amenities
- Access: Exclusive use of the court for the session duration.
- Tech: Ad-hoc video analysis of strokes on court.

What Playing with Us Feels Like
We’re big on effort, but we keep things real and friendly. If you join us, expect to get called out for both your good shots and your mistakes – “Body balance!” or “Aage se!” (Front foot!) fly around the court, just like in a real match. We mix English and Hindi because that’s how we roll. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you’ll definitely learn.
How We Build Your Game
- We drill the basics till you don’t have to think about them - especially your forehand and backhand.
- Fast feet and good movement are everything. We’ll make you do drop feeding, backhand Spanish drills, and yes, get you running for those volleys.
- Don’t expect to just stand and hit. There’s always a focus on tennis fitness and agility training, and we slip in yoga and meditation too. It’s about mental peace, not just power.
Who Can Join
- Anyone, seriously. Never held a racquet? We’ll start from scratch.
- Kids, teens, adults – we’ve got beginner tennis lessons for adults and juniors, and group tennis coaching for all ages.
- Want to play for fun or just improve your casual tennis skills? There’s a spot here for you.

My Story
Hari Singh here, and this is Total Tennis Academy - our second home in JP Nagar. Not just tennis, it’s family. We grind together, shout encouragement, sometimes fight, but always celebrate wins big and small. Likhith S Gowda’s trophies? All of us cheer. You’ll catch us cutting birthday cakes on the clay after a tough session. Our coaches, our kids, everyone’s part of this madness. Team effort, every single day.
