About Tournament Champions
Winning a tournament starts with the habits you build during the week. We focus on game-deciding moments: how you move on red clay, how you handle a high-pressure tie-breaker, and the speed at which you recover between points. If you are serious about competitive tennis, our squad is where you push past your limits.
Our high-performance program is built for players who want to compete in the AITA circuit and beyond. We train on red clay courts because they demand better movement, patience, and physical fitness compared to hard courts.
The Competitive Grind We run 6 days a week, with 2.5 hours of daily training that combines Spanish-style basket feeding for muscle memory and intense rallying for point construction. You will hear us shouting 'Saamne dekh!' (look forward) and 'Aage se!' (from the front) because we know that small technique adjustments are what stop you from making unforced errors during a match.
Match Simulation Practice is easy, but matches are where the heat is. We hold regular internal tournaments and sets within the academy to simulate match pressure. This helps our students—like Likith S Gowda—get comfortable with the scoreboard and the stress of a real competitive environment before they step onto the official circuit.
Beyond the Hitting Tennis is as much mental as it is physical. We integrate dedicated fitness, agility ladders, and yoga sessions into our weekly schedule. This ensures you have the endurance to last three sets and the mental toughness to stay calm when things get heated. We are a team, and we push each other to reach the podium.
