You cannot play winning tennis with weak legs. We mix on-court agility drills, endurance training, and yoga to make sure you stay fast, flexible, and focused during long matches.

Quick feet are non-negotiable in tennis. We run our junior players through a series of basic but essential footwork drills to improve their agility, speed, and reaction time on the court.

About Peak Fitness & Conditioning

Our fitness routine is not about running laps on a treadmill. We do 45 minutes of agility ladder work, cone sprints, and lateral movement drills directly on our red clay courts. This builds the specific court balance you need to stay stable during slides and recoveries. If you struggle with endurance in the third set, we fix that here.
