At Total Tennis Academy in JP Nagar, we don't just rally; we train. Our red clay courts are where we grind out long sessions, build tournament-ready footwork, and push our players to compete at the national level.
This is what high-performance training looks like. We use advanced exercises like the backhand Spanish drill to perfect footwork and shot consistency, with our coaches providing real-time feedback like "Saamne dekh!" to ensure proper form.

About Featured
We train exclusively on red clay because it forces you to adapt your footwork and build real endurance. Our 2.5-hour sessions include 90 minutes of high-intensity basket feeding and 45 minutes of targeted fitness, so you aren't just hitting balls—you are preparing your body for long, tough matches.
Our Training Philosophy
We operate on one principle: high-volume repetition leads to match-winning muscle memory. Our Spanish drill methodology is not for those looking for a casual hit. We focus on open-stance footwork, heavy topspin, and tactical movement that works specifically on clay surfaces.
Tournament Preparation
We do not just coach; we help you plan your career. Whether it is preparing for AITA Champion Series events or fine-tuning your game for local club tournaments, we run internal simulations every Saturday to get you comfortable under pressure. Our coaches analyze your stroke mechanics—from your kick serve to your backhand slice—and provide instant correction.
Beyond the Racket
You cannot perform if your body breaks down. That is why we integrate yoga and tennis-specific fitness—agility ladders, lateral sprints, and core work—right after court sessions. We build the whole athlete.
