In our one-on-one sessions, the learning curve is steep because there is nowhere to hide. You get 12 private sessions a month, focused entirely on the gaps in your game. We start with the fundamentals—how to stand, how to breathe, and how to throw a strike with your whole body, not just your arm.
For those serious about MMA, we move beyond just punching. We look at the clinch, the transition between striking and grappling, and how to manage distance.
