About Strength, Agility & Flexibility
At our dojo, physical conditioning is about using your own body weight to build functional strength. Whether it is agility ladder drills to quicken your feet or hurdle jumps for explosive power, every session is designed to make you more capable. We train on 25mm foam mats to protect your joints while you push your flexibility limits with regular stretching, which is essential for injury prevention and high kicks.

- Core Strength: Our warm-ups are intense. We believe in the mantra, 'जितना तापोगे उतना निखारोगे' (the more you sweat, the more you shine). This means 20 minutes of conditioning that builds your stamina for the rest of the class.
- Equipment Work: We use striking shields and punching bags to develop power in your punches (Zuki) and kicks. It is about precision as much as it is about force.

We use high-quality 25mm EVA foam mats to ensure you have a safe surface to practice your throws, falls, and jumps. Our training is designed to be rigorous but supportive, ensuring you improve your physical capacity without unnecessary risk. We track your progress through our belt system, so you always have a clear goal to aim for as you get stronger, faster, and more flexible.
