Expect to work hard. Our warehouse arena in Noida is built for real performance, not just comfort. We prioritize intense conditioning sessions—30 minutes of non-stop core, flexibility, and strength work—before you even touch an apparatus. It is sweaty, it is tough, and it is where your real progress begins.
At Vijay Sri, we treat physical conditioning as the non-negotiable foundation of our sport. You will not find central AC here, but you will find the most robust sprung floors and high-performance equipment in the region.
We operate on a simple principle: if you cannot hold your body weight with perfect form, you are not ready for the beam or the vault. Our methodology moves from basics to advanced, ensuring every athlete develops the necessary grip strength, joint mobility, and core power to prevent injury and master high-level skills.
What to expect in our foundation training:
- The 'Paseena' Factor: Our 30-minute warm-ups include rigorous bodyweight exercises, stall bar drills, and partner stretches.
- Progressive Load: We focus on perfect posture and alignment first. You won't be attempting advanced tumbling until your conditioning is solid.
- Mental Toughness: We use specific vocal cues—'Shaabaash!' and 'Fast kar!'—to help athletes push through the final reps when the muscles are burning.
