About The Transformation: My Journey & Yours
People often ask me if I simply woke up one day and quit my job to train. The reality was quieter and much harder. I spent years building my coaching foundation while I was still deep in the corporate grind, balancing my 9-to-5 with early morning track sessions and late-night study. You do not need to leap blindly into the void to change your life; you just need to start making small, non-negotiable deposits into your health bank today.
The Reality of Starting Over
Transitioning from a high-pressure corporate environment to full-time coaching was not about running away from work. It was about running toward a life that actually felt like mine. When I turned 40, I realized that many people treat fitness as an afterthought or an inconvenience. I treat it as a survival strategy.
Why Hybrid Training Works
I built my coaching philosophy on a simple principle: balance is a lie. If you want results, you need intensity, but you also need intelligence. Whether you are a beginner looking to run your first 5K or an athlete aiming for a HYROX event, my approach focuses on:
- Parallel Growth: You do not have to sacrifice your career to get fit. We integrate training into your current schedule, not the other way around.
- Mental Toughness: Physical training is easy; training your brain to stay calm under fatigue is the hard part. We practice 'compromised running' where we train the body to perform under stress.
- Data-Driven Recovery: We monitor your sleep, heart rate, and training load. Savdhani hati, durghatna ghati (carelessness leads to mishaps). I would rather you be slow and consistent than fast and broken.
My Approach to Coaching
My coaching style is direct because your goals deserve the truth, not fluff. We will work on your running mechanics, your strength, and, most importantly, your consistency. I provide remote programming with detailed data analysis and in-person squad sessions in Delhi NCR at venues like Tau Devi Lal Stadium.
