Step away from the city rush and join our 5-day immersion in Rishikesh. These retreats are built for slowing down, deep study, and collective energy.

Leading a meditation session at our Pravāh retreat in Rishikesh. The energy of the group in such a sacred place makes these sessions incredibly powerful for finding inner peace and clarity.

Our yoga shala filled with practitioners moving together in a wide-legged forward bend. This image from our Rishikesh retreat shows the shared focus and energy that defines our mindful movement sessions.

Personal attention is key, even in a large group. Here, I am assisting a student with their Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) to help them find a safe and effective stretch during our Rishikesh spiritual retreat.

The tribe practicing Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) in unison. This heart-opening pose builds strength in the back and cultivates a feeling of upliftment, which was a beautiful theme during our Pravāh retreat.

Assisting a student with proper alignment in a supine leg stretch. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where everyone can deepen their practice safely, regardless of their starting point.

About Spiritual Journeys: Rishikesh Retreats

These are not just holidays, they are an immersion into swadhyay (self-study) and practice. While our studio classes offer a weekly reset, these 5 days in Rishikesh allow us to fully unplug. You will follow a set daily routine, starting with morning flows to energize and evening restorative sessions to heal, giving you the space to actually practice Vairagya Bhava, or the art of letting go, in a setting far removed from our daily urban noise.
