We guide you through mindful flows and deep alignment, blending Hatha and Ashtanga to help you find your rhythm off the mat. Whether you are starting out or deepening your practice, you are welcome here.

This video explains the concept of Vairagya Bhava through the practice of forward bends. It shows how we integrate yogic philosophy into our asana sessions to make the practice a tool for life off the mat.

About Our Practice on the Mat

We do not just teach poses; we teach you how to use them. Every session mixes Hatha and Ashtanga, but with a specific focus on alignment and breath. You will notice we use props like belts and blocks to help you settle into postures safely, regardless of your current flexibility level. It is about steady progress, not perfection.

Our practice is grounded in the belief that yoga is a tool for life. We blend the structural discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa with the mindful flow of Hatha, ensuring a balanced workout for your body and a calming ritual for your mind.

Why we use props (Iyengar-inspired alignment)

Many people shy away from yoga because they think they are not flexible. We use props like yoga blocks, belts, and bolsters to bridge that gap. By using these tools, you can hold poses correctly without straining your muscles, allowing your body to open up at its own pace. Whether it is a restorative stretch or a challenging inversion, props provide the stability you need to focus on your breathing, not your physical limits.

Philosophy on the mat

We talk about Vairagya Bhava, the practice of letting go. We encourage you to release the ego that pushes you to compete with the person on the next mat. You will hear us guide you through pranayama and meditation to ensure the stillness you find here follows you home.

Who is this for?

From absolute beginners who can barely touch their toes to practitioners working toward advanced inversions, our classes are designed to be accessible. We emphasize the why behind every movement, helping you understand how to protect your joints and build long-term strength. This is not a workout where you rush through reps; it is a space where you learn to breathe through the challenge and find focus.
