About Magical Cakes for Little Ones
You might notice I do not use fondant sheets to cover my cakes. I prefer using fresh buttercream or silky ganache because, honestly, the cake should taste amazing, not just look pretty. Kids want to enjoy the flavor, not peel off layers of sugar paste.
I believe a birthday cake should be the highlight of the celebration. When you pick a theme—whether it's a Jungle Safari, a racing track for a car lover, or a magical unicorn for a birthday girl—I work to make it real without compromising on the taste.
Since I bake from my kitchen in Santacruz, everything is fresh and made to order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf. I use buttercream and ganache as my canvas, adding custom toppers or edible prints to get those character details perfect. It is 100% eggless, so everyone can enjoy a slice.
If you have a wild idea or a specific character your child loves, let me know. I handle everything from first birthdays to milestone parties. Just remember that because I bake everything fresh from scratch, I need at least 2 days of notice to get the ingredients ready and the details perfect.
