Aerial Arts: Hoop & Pole

We teach kids to fly in a safe and supportive environment. Our aerial arts program includes kid-friendly pole fitness and aerial hoop (lyra), focusing on building upper body strength, core stability, and incredible confidence.

Gymnastics & Acrobatics

We cover the fundamentals of gymnastics and acrobatics, including tumbling, walkovers, backbends, and handstands. Our sessions focus on developing flexibility, balance, and coordination on our fully padded mats, ensuring progress is made safely.

Dance & Choreography

It's all about the groove. Our Western dance sessions let kids express themselves, learn cool choreography, and build rhythm and confidence. We explore different styles from energetic folk to modern hip-hop.

Strength & Conditioning

We build powerful athletes through targeted drills. This includes work on Roman rings, rope climbing, and bars to develop functional strength, grip, and endurance. It's the foundation for all other skills we teach.

Our Studio Tribe: Fun & Celebrations

We work hard and play harder. Our studio is a big family where every milestone is a reason to party, from birthdays with cake smashes to festive celebrations and goofy dress-up days. This is a safe space where kids are cheered on and build lasting friendships.
