About this collection
We train in a high-ceiling industrial warehouse studio in Yelahanka, fully equipped with rings, parallettes, and thick safety mats. It is not an air-conditioned gym with fancy machines; it is a raw, ventilated space where we sweat, learn to control our own body weight, and cheer each other on through every single rep.
At The Movement Studio, we believe strength is a skill. Unlike commercial gyms that focus on aesthetics, our sessions are designed for functional development.
We start with fundamental calisthenics—push-ups, holds, and hangs—before moving to complex movements on our Roman rings, climbing ropes, and parallettes. This builds grip strength, core stability, and total body control.
Our Yelahanka studio is a warehouse setup. We do not have AC, but we have high ceilings, industrial fans, and professional-grade equipment. It is built for raw movement. Your child is not just 'working out'; they are learning to handle their own weight, flip, climb, and balance.
Safety is non-negotiable. Every maneuver, especially on the aerial hoops or rings, is supervised by me and my team. We use crash mats for all tumbling and acrobatics. We push limits, but only to the point of personal progress, never pressure. When a child learns to do a pull-up or hold a handstand, they aren't just getting physically stronger. They are developing a 'can-do' mindset. They see that with patience and effort, they can conquer the ring or the rope. That is the real win. 🤙
