A look inside one of my corporate yoga workshops, designed to help teams de-stress and reconnect. We moved through gentle stretches, practiced balancing poses like Vrikshasana (tree pose), focused on breathwork with pranayama, and ended with a guided Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
Celebrating International Yoga Day with a special community class. We completed 35 rounds of Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutations) together under the open sky. It was a powerful experience to share this energy and gratitude with so many wonderful practitioners.
About this collection
We don't need a dedicated studio for these sessions. I bring the practice directly to your office conference room or local apartment garden. My approach is simple: we focus on 'Desk Detox' flows that target specific computer-related tension for teams, or rhythmic group sequences for communities that everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, can follow along with ease.

Corporate Wellness
Office life brings specific physical and mental challenges. I design my 'Desk Detox' sessions to combat these directly. We work on:
- Neck and Shoulder Release: Relieving tension built up from hours at a desk.
- Posture Correction: Counteracting the slouch often caused by long hours in front of screens.
- Stress Management: Using pranayama and guided Yoga Nidra to help employees reset their mental state in a short 60-minute window.
Sessions can be done on chairs, using office furniture, or on mats in any available open space. You provide the room, and I bring the guidance.
Community & Residential Yoga
For residential societies and community groups, the focus shifts to connection. We use these sessions to create a shared experience under the open sky. We practice:
- Group Flow: Moving together in rhythm, which creates a sense of belonging.
- Breathwork: Grounding exercises that help everyone disconnect from the daily rush.
- Accessible Poses: Using props like blocks and straps ensures that seniors and beginners feel safe and supported.
