About this collection

When we incorporate accessories like the stability ball or Magic Circle, we aren't just adding props; we are changing your body’s leverage points. This forces those deep, often neglected stabilizers to work harder, which is exactly how you build the kind of core strength that supports better posture in your daily life. It is a subtle shift that makes a significant difference in how the Reformer feels.

Why We Mix It Up

Accessory work is the antidote to a workout plateau. Your muscles adapt quickly to the consistent resistance of the Reformer springs, but adding a stability ball or a Magic Circle introduces unstable surfaces and new angles of resistance. This constant variation forces your transverse abdominis and oblique muscles to activate immediately to maintain balance, helping you gain strength you cannot achieve with standard movements alone.

Our Toolkit

  • The Magic Circle: We use this to provide resistance for the inner thighs and arms, forcing you to maintain core engagement while isolating specific muscle groups.
  • Stability Balls: These introduce an element of instability, challenging your core to stabilize the spine during movements that would otherwise be static.
  • The Pilates Box: Used for seated or prone exercises, this elevates your range of motion, allowing for deeper stretches and more challenging core activation.

A Community-Focused Experience

Whether you are training in our Dollars Colony studio or joining a session in Sahakar Nagar, the goal remains the same: a functional, body-aware workout. Because we limit our sessions to 2 to 5 participants, our instructors have the time to help you integrate these accessories properly, ensuring you get the full benefit without compromising your form. We see many clients come in unsure of how to use these tools, only to leave feeling significantly more connected to their bodies after just a few sessions.
