Forget gyms where you just walk on a treadmill. In our group sessions, we run 90-minute high-intensity drills six days a week, focusing on everything from professional boxing footwork to MMA takedown defense. You are training on impact-absorbing mats in a raw, fan-cooled environment that mimics the pressure of a real fight, alongside a squad that will push you to finish every round.

At Champions Corner, our group training isn't about looking good in the mirror. It is about becoming a fighter. We have stripped away the fancy amenities to focus entirely on what matters: technique, endurance, and heart.

When you join a session, you are not just a member; you are part of the Wolfpack. We train from Monday to Saturday, with sessions that combine high-rep bodyweight conditioning like burpees and pushups with precise striking mechanics. Whether you are working on the Force-Ten heavy bags or drilling defensive slips, you are doing it in a high-energy environment that forces you to leave your comfort zone at the door.

We welcome everyone—from complete beginners who have never thrown a punch to seasoned pros chasing their next medal. The group dynamic is designed to hold you accountable. If you are tired, the person next to you keeps going. If you are struggling with your guard, your partner helps you correct it. It is that squad energy that separates us from standard commercial gyms.

Our classes cover the full spectrum of combat sports basics. You will learn the science behind jabs, crosses, and hooks, plus the fundamentals of MMA ground control.
