For my mango and strawberry creations, I source fruit only when it is at its peak. Since I avoid maida and refined sugar, you are not just tasting the fruit; you are getting a clean, healthy dessert that respects your dietary needs. Just remember, these are truly seasonal—once the fruit is out of season, I stop making them, so enjoy them while they last.
