About Seasonal Fruit Delights (Mango & Strawberry)
The biggest challenge with fruit desserts is keeping them fresh without relying on artificial syrups or preservatives. For my mango and strawberry creations, I source fruit only when it is at its peak. Since I avoid maida and refined sugar, you are not just tasting the fruit; you are getting a clean, healthy dessert that respects your dietary needs. Just remember, these are truly seasonal—once the fruit is out of season, I stop making them, so enjoy them while they last.
Nature provides the best flavours, and my seasonal menu is all about letting those ingredients shine. Whether it is the richness of a ripe Alphonso or the tart sweetness of winter strawberries, I treat these fruits with simplicity.
Why my seasonal desserts are different
Many fruit desserts rely on essence and heavy syrups. My kitchen works differently. I use actual fruit purees, fresh chunks, and healthy bases like almond or oat flour. This means when you eat my Mango Tart or Strawberry Mousse, you are eating a dessert that is actually good for you. Everything is 100% eggless, butter-free, and Jain-friendly, making them perfect for families, kids, or anyone mindful of what they eat.
The seasonal specialities
- Mango Rasgulla Truffles: A fusion twist that surprises everyone. It is a traditional rasgulla encased in creamy mango-chocolate. It sounds unusual, but it is one of my favourites.
- Strawberry Dark Chocolate: The combination of bitter dark chocolate with fresh strawberries is a classic for a reason. I use high-cocoa dark chocolate to keep it healthy.
- Mousses and Tarts: I keep the layers light, using fruit-based purees and zero-sugar sponge crumbles.
Because I do not use artificial preservatives, I recommend consuming these treats within 24 hours of delivery. They are best enjoyed chilled. If you have a specific event coming up, drop me a message, and I can check if your favourite fruit is available in the market.
