About Diabetic & Guilt-Free Menu

When I first started baking without butter or eggs, people asked me, 'Will it even taste like a cake?' The secret is in the base. I use almond meal, oats, and fruit pulps to keep everything moist. Whether you need a sugar-free treat for a diabetic family member or just want something lighter, these cakes offer a dense, satisfying texture without the refined flour heaviness.

My 4 NOs Philosophy

I believe dessert should make you feel good, not guilty. That is why I stick to my strict rule: no refined sugar, no maida, no butter, and no eggs. Everything is handmade in my kitchen, ensuring it meets the dietary standards my own family follows.

Ingredients for Health

  • Sweeteners: I never use refined sugar. I rely on jaggery, date puree, or stevia to give you that sweetness without the blood sugar spike.
  • Flour Alternatives: Forget maida. I use pulverized oats, almond meal, and khapli wheat, which provide a complex, nutrient-dense bite that keeps you fuller for longer.
  • Moisture: Since I do not use butter, I incorporate cold-pressed oils and fresh fruit pulps. This keeps the cakes soft, moist, and naturally delicious.

Jain & Diabetic Friendly

Being Jain, purity is non-negotiable for me. My kitchen is strictly vegetarian, and many of my items are suitable for those who follow Jain dietary guidelines, including fasting-friendly options. For my diabetic customers, I create custom batches using low-glycemic sweeteners so you never have to say no to a celebration.

How to Order

I bake everything fresh, from scratch. Because I do not use preservatives, I recommend placing your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. This gives me time to source fresh fruits and prepare your treats exactly how you like them, whether it is for a small craving or a bulk party order.
