I follow a strict '4 NOs' rule in my kitchen: no eggs, no butter, no maida, and no refined sugar. Everything I bake is Jain-compliant, chaumasa-friendly, and pure enough for your daily rituals or special celebrations.

As a Jain, I make sure many items on my menu can be enjoyed during Ekashna or Biyashna. My cakes can be eaten guilt-free by everyone, from kids to elders, and are pure enough for Maharaj Saheb.

Calling all Jains! This is my special Chaumasa-friendly cake, crafted without any restricted ingredients, and also no maida, butter, or sugar. It's perfect for Rakshabandhan and other festive celebrations.

I know many Jains who avoid even slab-based chocolates. For them, I have a solution: delicious, flavoured homemade chocolates made completely without commercial slabs.

A customer once asked me three times if my cake was really eggless. I told her, "Baba, I am a Jain, I don't even use potato or onion, how can I use egg?" She couldn't believe a cake so soft could be eggless!

When a customer asks for Chaumasa-friendly cakes, I am always ready! This video shows the making of one of my dark chocolate cakes that is perfect for the holy period.

As a Jain, I believe in not eating or serving things that are not right. That's why I don't put butter in any of my desserts, and trust me, people love the taste!

I was so worried when I started that people wouldn't like my butter-free desserts. But I believe in God, and I am so thankful to my big, big family for all your love and affection.

For Rakshabandhan, you can try my chaumasa-friendly range of cakes. They are not only healthy but also super delicious.

About Strictly for the Jain Way of Life

I don't just remove restricted ingredients; I replace them with nutrient-dense alternatives like almond meal, oats, and natural fruit sweeteners. Whether you are observing Chaumasa or simply avoiding root vegetables and commercial slabs, you get pure, indulgent desserts without compromising your diet or principles.

Baking with Purity and Faith

When I started my kitchen journey, I had a simple goal: to bake desserts that I would be proud to serve my own family and Maharaj Saheb. As a Jain, I understand that purity goes beyond just being eggless. It means avoiding ingredients that don't fit our way of life, including root vegetables, commercial butter, and refined sugars. My menu is designed to give you that same peace of mind.

My Jain-Friendly Promise

  • No Commercial Slabs: Many store-bought chocolates use slabs that aren't suitable for strict Jain diets. I craft my chocolates from scratch using cocoa mass, ensuring they are 100% permissible.
  • Chaumasa Special: During the holy period of Chaumasa, finding safe, delicious treats can be difficult. I offer a range of cakes and cookies specifically crafted to be compliant, so you don't have to miss out on celebrations.
  • Root-Free Indulgence: My recipes are completely free from prohibited root ingredients, making them ideal for those observing Ekashna or Biyashna.

Healthy Alternatives

People often ask if a cake can be soft and delicious without butter or refined flour. The secret lies in the quality of my replacements. I use pulverized oats, almond meal, and khapli wheat to get the perfect texture. For sweetness, I rely on dates, jaggery, or stevia, ensuring every bite is guilt-free.

Whether you are looking for a birthday cake that everyone can eat or just a healthy teatime snack that respects your dietary needs, I am here to help. My kitchen is small, and every order is treated with the care it deserves. If you have specific dietary questions or want to check availability for an upcoming festival, just drop me a message.
