I stick to my '4 NOs' rule - no refined sugar, no butter, no maida (refined flour), and no eggs. Egg ka to sawal hi nahi hai! (Eggs aren’t even a question!)

My Story
Hey, I’m Charu Shah, Mumbai ki home baker. Jain hoon, toh jo khud nahi kha sakti, woh bana ke serve nahi karti. No eggs, no butter – bas faith tha, aur shuru kiya. Pehli baar ek customer teen baar puchha, ‘Sach me eggless hai?’ Soft, tasty, sabko pasand aa gaya. Ab Mumbai, India, Canada, Germany – sab jagah bhejte hain. Pehli exhibition? Confused thi, kitna banau, kya karu – par 90% cheezein first half me gayab! Grateful, bas itna hi.
