We are a tribe of rhythm lovers, led by founder Varun Venkit, dedicated to bringing the 'Wassa Wassa' joy of West African drumming to your next event.

About Meet the Team: Our Facilitators & Performances
Our facilitators are not just musicians, they are trained rhythm communicators who guide groups by reading the room rather than following a rigid script. When you see someone like Aman leading a session, you will notice they aren't just standing on a stage, they are in the crowd, picking up on the energy, adjusting the pace, and ensuring every single participant feels confident enough to contribute to the rhythm.
Meet the Facilitators
At the core of Taal Inc. is our commitment to facilitation. We believe that drumming is a universal language, but it requires a human touch to unlock it for a group of strangers or a team of colleagues. Our facilitators, including Aman and the rest of our ensemble, go through our 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' training. This means they are equipped to handle diverse settings, from high-stress corporate boardrooms to lively family weddings.
Performance & Interaction
You might have seen us on stage at events like Mumbai Drum Day. While we love performing, our primary focus for your event is interactive engagement. We combine the energy of our performance ensemble with the practical skill of drum circle facilitation. This ensures that whether we are performing a high-energy set or leading a 30-person corporate team-building activity, the focus remains on the participants having a blast.
