About Celebrate Together: Private & Family Events
It does not matter if your guests have never held a drum before, because we bring 20–25 professional Djembe drums to your venue. I or one of our senior facilitators will lead the session using simple call-and-response rhythms, ensuring your family or friends are playing music together within minutes.
We believe that if you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm. When we host a private drum circle, the goal isn't to put on a performance but to have a blast together. We call this feeling 'Wassa Wassa', or pure happy connection.
What we bring to your event
For private parties, we provide a full set of 20 to 25 Djembe drums along with a crate of minor percussion instruments like shakers and tambourines for extra guests. Whether you are hosting an intimate birthday party in a living room, a lively wedding reception in a banquet hall, or a family reunion on an open lawn in Pune, our setup is flexible. We handle all the logistics, including instrument transport, so you can focus on the celebration.
The experience
Our facilitator takes the lead, breaking the ice with easy rhythms. We move away from the traditional, rigid structure of music classes and focus on interaction. We often include:
- Specific competitive rhythms where different sections of the group respond to each other.
- Vocal chants to get everyone singing along.
- A spotlight segment where the guest of honor, such as the birthday person or the couple, leads a rhythm.
This is about letting go, stress relief, and pure masti. By the time we finish our 45 to 60 minute session, your guests will have moved past the initial hesitation and into a shared, rhythmic groove.
