Corporate Rhythm and Team Building Sessions

A drum circle is a dynamic form of meditation. It helps your team be present in the moment, forget about their to do lists, and connect with each other on a deeper level. It's a powerful tool for mindfulness and stress reduction in the workplace.

We were thrilled to work with the Future Leaders program at Hindustan Unilever. Our goal was to help these high achievers discover something new about themselves and each other, using rhythm to build the human connections that are vital for leadership.

Here I am leading a leadership training session where we use group drumming as a metaphor for team dynamics. It’s amazing to see how concepts like listening, collaboration, and leading from any chair emerge naturally when people start drumming together.

This is another view of our leadership training through drumming. The circular setup ensures everyone is equal, and the shared goal of creating music together breaks down the typical corporate hierarchy.

Here you can see the focus and engagement during one of our corporate workshops. We guide the group from simple beats to complex polyrhythms, demonstrating how individual contributions come together to create something powerful.

We use a variety of percussion instruments, not just djembes, to show how different roles and voices can contribute to the whole. This is a hands on lesson in diversity and inclusion.

A facilitator demonstrates a rhythm pattern before the group joins in. Our sessions are always guided by an expert to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included, regardless of their musical background.
