About Our Coaching Philosophy
Consistency is the only secret. Look at Sonia, a recent winner of our 20-day 'Break Your Barrier' challenge. She did not win by starving herself or following fad workouts. She won because she did not skip a single gym session and sent me her diet updates from morning to night for twenty days. That is the kind of discipline I look for, mere dost. It is not about being perfect, it is about showing up daily and trusting the process.
Beyond the Workout
Fitness is often overcomplicated. People look for magic pills or expensive imported ingredients, but real change happens in your own kitchen with the food you already eat. My coaching focus is simple: we take your standard North Indian meals like Roti, Dal, and Sabzi and adjust the portions based on your goals. I do not give you a chart and disappear. I check your updates, track your macros, and push you when you feel like quitting.
Why Discipline Matters
I run group challenges because they work. When you are part of a group, you are accountable. If you are struggling with a specific move or just having a bad day, the women around you are there to pick you up. My role is to make sure you are doing the technique correctly—'Pura upar aana hai' (You have to come all the way up)—and to keep your health conditions, whether it is thyroid or PCOD, in check with a holistic diet.

We use the studio machine for body composition analysis, we map out your schedule, and we plan for social events so you do not feel guilty about enjoying a meal.
