I offer a mix of group mat Pilates in Kadugodi and personalized 1-on-1 coaching for those who need a more specific recovery protocol.
- Safe Assessment: For 1-on-1 clients, we start with a gap check and posture analysis to ensure every move is right for your specific recovery stage.
- Functional Training: No intense jumping or crunches. We focus on breathing, stability drills, and movements that help with daily tasks—like carrying your baby or improving nursing posture.
