We even mix in balance challenges into our dance routines. This helps improve focus and core stability, all while moving to an awesome track.

The cool-down is just as important as the workout. Here we are stretching it out, bringing our heart rates down, and enjoying a moment of relaxation after a high-energy session.

We are always adding new songs and routines to keep things fresh and exciting. This cool-down stretch helps improve flexibility and release any tension.

About this collection

We keep class sizes small, usually 10 to 15 moms max, in our Kadugodi studio so you always get enough space and attention. It’s wooden flooring, great music, and zero judgment. You will see moms of all fitness levels just doing their thing without stressing over perfect steps, and that is exactly how it should be.

We train in a shared fitness studio in the Kadugodi and Whitefield area. It’s a comfortable space with wooden flooring and mirrors so you can check your form. While we don't have showers or locker facilities, we do have a great community vibe. Moms share their wins, support each other through the tough days, and turn up for the music.
