This is the vibe of our group sessions. We move, we sweat, and we do it together with big smiles. This is a great example of a low impact, high energy routine that’s perfect for getting your heart rate up safely after childbirth.

Here’s a peek at our mat-based Pilates exercises. We focus on waking up those deep core muscles and rebuilding foundational strength, which is so important for postpartum recovery and stability.

You don’t need heavy weights to build strength. This video shows how we use lighter weights with proper form and more repetitions to work on muscle endurance and toning, helping you feel powerful in your everyday mom life.

As a fitness coach and a mom, I believe in dedication and consistency. This is me, ready to guide you with motivation and respect on your own path to wellness.

Fitness is also about celebrating together. Here we are at the Bengaluru Midnight Marathon, bringing our energy to warm up the runners. Being part of community events like this is such a joy.

This is my why. Being a mom is the best, and staying active helps me keep up with this little guy. My program is designed by a mom, for moms, because I truly get it.

Feeling good isn’t just about workouts. I also provide holistic support, including simple nutrition chats about things like pre-workout meals to make sure you have the energy to perform your best and recover faster.
