This is the vibe of our group sessions. We move, we sweat, and we do it together with big smiles. This is a great example of a low impact, high energy routine that’s perfect for getting your heart rate up safely after childbirth.

Here’s a peek at our mat-based Pilates exercises. We focus on waking up those deep core muscles and rebuilding foundational strength, which is so important for postpartum recovery and stability.

You don’t need heavy weights to build strength. This video shows how we use lighter weights with proper form and more repetitions to work on muscle endurance and toning, helping you feel powerful in your everyday mom life.

This is my why. Being a mom is the best, and staying active helps me keep up with this little guy. My program is designed by a mom, for moms, because I truly get it.

About this collection

In these sessions, we do not just count reps. Whether it is a mat Pilates class or a Zumba party, we focus on safe, effective movement that fits into your actual schedule as a mom. I personally guide every move, especially when we are tackling core restoration or rebuilding strength after baby, so you are always training effectively.

Our approach to movement

I believe that anyone can dance and move with strength, you just need to do it from your heart. My focus is helping you feel capable and happy in your own skin, rather than chasing quick fixes or extreme diets. We prioritize real movement, good vibes, and building a routine that fits your actual life.

Core recovery and Pilates

As a certified Pilates trainer, I design specific routines to help you reconnect with your core. These sessions are essential for postpartum recovery, improving posture, and stabilizing those deep muscles that need extra care after childbirth. We keep class sizes small, typically capped at 10 to 15 participants, to ensure I can monitor your form and provide guidance on exercises like Diastasis Recti repair.

The community experience

When you join us, you are not just signing up for a class. You are becoming part of a group of moms who truly get it. We share honest wins, laugh, and support each other through the challenges of balancing motherhood and personal wellness. We operate out of a comfortable studio in the Kadugodi and Whitefield area, featuring wooden flooring and a supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

Holistic support

Feeling good is not only about the hour you spend exercising. I offer nutrition chats and holistic guidance to help you recover faster and maintain your energy levels throughout the day. Whether it is a group session or a one on one coaching program, my goal is to help you build habits that last.
