Design is a conversation between your vision and the reality of your space. I focus on the small details that make a home feel yours—custom furniture, hidden storage, and material textures that soften the edges of city life.

This entire wall is clad in a paneling inspired by Japanese shoji screens, using thin teak wood verticals and black metal batons. It discreetly hides several doors and storage spaces, creating an illusion of connectivity and adding length to the passage.

Memories on a wall. This small nook features corner shelves displaying curated books and objects. The textured wall paneling next to it adds another layer of detail, showing how we use every corner to add storage and personality.

A sleek, black burnt-wood shelf is filled with curios from around the world. This guest bedroom is designed to be a place to reminisce and laze, and these personal objects, carefully arranged, add to the room's story and character.

This floating study desk in a guest bedroom is a great solution for small spaces. Made of black burnt wood with cane-front drawers, it is paired with a matching chair. The design is sleek, functional, and uses natural materials to add warmth.

A study table corner in our Powai House project. The rustic wooden desk is paired with a striped chair and an oval mirror. The wardrobe doors feature a unique graphic design, showcasing our love for custom details that make a space special.

A detail of a rotatable swing and a custom door with an inlaid wood pattern. The warm glow of the wall light highlights the different textures of cane, wood, and metal. These are the custom-made pieces that give each home its own individuality.

A view from one room into another, showing how we use custom furniture and lighting to create a cohesive feel. Every piece, from the wardrobes to the tables and even some lights, is custom-made to fit the story of the house.

Details, details, details. This image collage shows a custom wooden jacket light we designed for the ceiling, along with curated curios. These small objects, chosen for their form, add dimension and become points of curiosity, layering the space with interest.

This image, from our 'Sand' project, encapsulates our love for natural textures and warm, neutral palettes. The wooden armchair, the woven rug, and the large ceramic pot with dried branches all come together to create a space that is soothing, cozy, and elegant.

About Custom Details & Materials

When every inch of a room matters, standard furniture often feels like a compromise. I focus on creating hidden storage that dissolves into the walls, and unique joinery like cane-front drawers or burnt-wood desks that turn a neglected corner into a personal sanctuary. These are functional solutions built with local artisans to maximize the potential of your living space.

My design process is an intimate conversation between your daily needs and the physical limits of your home. Instead of imposing pre-made modules, I rely on on-site construction using commercial ply, teak, and natural fibers to ensure every piece fits perfectly. Whether it is a shoji-inspired partition that hides an entire passage of storage or a study nook tucked into an odd corner, the goal is to make your home feel expansive and clutter-free.

I work directly with local artisans, from Gujarat craftsmen to specialized metal workers, to ensure the textures in your home are honest and tactile. We prioritize Indian granite, matte laminates, and warm timber to build interiors that feel connected to our roots. If you are planning a 2BHK or 3BHK in Mumbai, my team and I focus on civil reconfigurations and millwork that prioritize livability. We do not just furnish a room; we construct it piece by piece to reflect your own story, ensuring your home remains a quiet, peaceful retreat from the city outside.

I view every home as a canvas where the smallest corner can hold the biggest story. My work is not about grand gestures but the quiet harmony found in hand-crafted furniture, hidden storage, and locally sourced materials. If you want a space that feels like a reflection of your own journey rather than a catalog, let's talk.
