We treat masterplanning as storytelling—each project is a chance to weave a narrative around a place. For us, a good masterplan is more than just lines on paper. It’s about blending architecture, landscape, and interiors so everything feels like it belongs together, rooted in the land’s natural contours.
How We Work
- Every plan starts with the site’s story, whether it’s a mountain slope or a buzzing city block. We look for what’s special about a place and design around that.
- Our designs always try to connect people. We’re not into cookie-cutter suburbs. Instead, we aim for low-rise high-density communities—clusters of homes around shared courtyards, with a strong sense of neighborhood.
- Common spaces matter. We like clubhouses, co-working corners, little urban farms, and picnic lawns so everyone finds something for their day-to-day.
- Nature leads the way, not just as a backdrop. We use the land’s own slopes and shapes to guide how everything fits together. This keeps our plans sustainable and helps with things like passive cooling and natural light.
Our Process
- We start with sketches, diagrams, or even paintings, not just technical plans—sometimes a drawing says more than a spreadsheet.
- We use 3D visuals to make sure everyone can see what the end result will feel like.
- In the end, we provide clear, detailed documents so the builders know exactly how to turn the plan into reality.

My Story
We're SAV, bouncing between London, Mumbai, Goa - each city kind of sneaks into our work. Started out wanting to blend tech stuff like computation and fabrication with the old-school charm of storytelling and craft. For us, a house isn’t just walls, it’s a story - sometimes it hugs the land, sometimes it hides little secret spots. Even our drawings, we treat them like poetry. We get a bit obsessed, not gonna lie, with every step from sketch to space.
