About Urban Design & Master Planning
Our Philosophy: More Than Buildings
We see master planning as creating a feeling, not just a map. Every site speaks its own language, and we listen. Our aim is to build places that are open, connected, and feel alive - blending with nature, not fighting it.
What Guides Us
- We design spaces for people to meet, walk, and hang out. Central parks, shared spaces, and pedestrian-friendly streetscape design are always part of our blueprint.
- Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us. We work on sustainable township planning, making sure what we build can stand the test of time, both environmentally and economically.
- Nature is not just a feature. Podium gardens, green roofs, and lots of trees are always included so you get that “living in a park” vibe.
- Every project gets its own smart zoning - public, semi-private, and private spaces are shaped to maximize light, air, and those good views.
From Homes to Cities
We’ve shaped everything from high-rise communities and villa schemes, to city beautification and cultural-inspired public space projects. Each one carries its own story.
The A Cube Way
No copy-paste designs. If the land is hilly, we go for stepped layouts so every home gets a view. In hot places, we use jalis for shade and ventilation, and sometimes bring in Vastu-inspired courtyards. Local culture matters - like the gamchha pattern for an Assamese project, making spaces feel instantly familiar.
Our Projects
- Gangtok’s Orchid Valley - stepped mountain homes, big views
- Guwahati’s Tarun Nagar - high-rise landmark
- Lonavala’s La-Sierra - villas that disappear into nature
- KDMC (Kalyan-Dombivli) - a self-sustaining city around a giant park
- Bodh Gaya Cultural Centre - inspired by the Bodhi Tree, built for experiences

My Story
We’re A Cube. We’re not just an architecture firm, we’re a bunch of folks who see buildings as dreams, not just bricks. From Navi Mumbai to Nagpur, every project has a piece of our heart. We work hard, play harder – team lunches, cricket wins, Holi madness, it’s all part of our story. Our soul? It’s our people. We build spaces, but we also build a team that loves what we do.
My Work
All kinds of design work - We do residential, commercial, high-rises, villas, bungalows, hospitality, institutional, interiors, and urban master planning.
Spaces with soul - Our work mixes modern design with traditional wisdom, like Vastu-compliant architecture and fresh jali patterns.
Start to finish - From napkin sketch to 3D model to real building, we handle the whole journey, quick and smooth.
Team effort, always - Led by Ali Sir, our crew works and celebrates together. You get all our energy, not just one person.
