We approach every masterplan as a narrative, ensuring architecture flows with the land rather than against it. Explore our featured designs that weave communities, topography, and sustainable living into one cohesive fabric.

This rendering of our Dona Paula masterplan captures our approach to dynamic, site-responsive architecture. The twisting, cantilevered roofscapes are designed to follow the mountain's natural slope towards the sea, creating unique villas that feel both dramatic and integrated with the tropical landscape.

We believe in creating communities, not just housing. This view of a communal courtyard in our Kolgaon masterplan shows how we design intimate social pockets, using lush landscaping and human-scale architecture to foster a strong sense of neighborhood and connection.

Our design process is rooted in a strong conceptual framework. This axonometric diagram illustrates our "patchwork" philosophy for the Kolgaon masterplan, showing how we weave together private homes, shared courtyards, and green spaces into a cohesive, three-dimensional community fabric.

For our "Pavilions in the Fields" project, the architecture is designed to be a quiet observer of the vast landscape. These three homes are placed as minimalist pavilions, using a language of solid stone and transparent screens to create a dialogue between the structure and the unending paddy fields.

The clubhouse at Kolgaon is the social heart of the masterplan. Its design is a microcosm of the entire project, with different functions like co-working spaces, restaurants, and sports facilities stacked and interwoven, blurring the lines between indoor activities and the surrounding landscape.

We design spaces that encourage connection. In "The Nest," the shared kitchen for the compact apartments opens directly onto a stepped courtyard, creating an informal social hub where residents can interact while enjoying the indoor-outdoor Goan lifestyle.

Inspired by the sloping terrain of Moira, Goa, these homes feature inclined reveals and deep overhangs. This design choice is not just aesthetic; it provides essential shading from the tropical sun and ensures privacy for each residence, while integrated planters merge the building with the landscape.

About Featured

Our masterplanning process begins by analyzing your site's specific contours. Whether it is a steep hillside or a flat parcel, we focus on cut-and-fill optimization to minimize civil construction costs while maximizing view corridors. We deliver detailed 3D site models and master documents that define how your infrastructure, housing typology, and shared green spaces will sit on the land, ensuring that every square foot is viable and beautiful.
