Our Design Process: From Sketch to Site
Designing is not just about the final render. It is the messy, exciting journey from a simple scribble on a napkin to seeing a building come to life on-site.
It all starts with a sketch. This is the wall where we brainstorm our initial ideas for a new project.
An early concept sketch, capturing the feeling and form of a space before it moves to the digital drawing board.
A concept sketch for our "Pass-Oh!-Light" installation, exploring how people would interact with the series of portals.
We then move to creating mood boards. This one explores a palette of earthy tones, patterned tiles, and natural textures like wood, cane, and woven fabrics.
This mood board for a restaurant project combines bold, tropical wallpapers with different types of wood and cane for a layered, eclectic look.
A collection of fabric swatches and material samples that help us and our clients visualize the final space.
A digital mood board illustrating the vibrant, tropical aesthetic for an upcoming restaurant project.
About this collection
We do not just hand over a set of drawings and vanish. Whether we are planning a home or an installation like the Pass-Oh-Light project, we are on-site daily, sweating the details, managing the chaos, and making sure the final result feels exactly like the vision we drew up.
Every project begins with an idea. We start with hand-drawn sketches to capture the initial feeling, focusing on the way light enters a room or how a corner should feel.
This is followed by material mood boards. We pull together textures like wire-cut bricks, cane, and Kota stone to create a tactile palette. We do not just show you pictures, we bring samples so you can touch the materials that will define your home.
Once the vision is clear, we build it in 3D. This helps us refine the layout, check the flow, and see how natural light will move through the space at different times of the day.
This is where the magic and the energy happen. From structural changes to the final installation of light fixtures, our team is there to oversee every step. We believe in keeping it real, so if something needs adjustment on-site, we tackle it immediately rather than hiding behind a design plan.
You are not just buying furniture or a layout. You are investing in a space that has been thought through from the foundation up.
