Inspiring Workspaces & Clubhouses in Bangalore

For our Brigade Valencia project, we moved away from rigid office layouts. Instead, we planned the entire area around a series of open-air courtyards and shaded walkways. We used arched windows and natural materials to let light and air move freely, ensuring the space feels more like a campus than a sterile office.

When we design commercial spaces, our goal is simple: create environments that have a heartbeat. We believe a workplace should offer more than just rows of desks and fluorescent lights.

Why we avoid the standard 'corporate' look We avoid the cold, steel-and-glass monotony. In our workspace designs, we focus on three main pillars:

• Natural Light: It is free, plentiful, and the best tool we have. By integrating large arched windows and open corridors, we ensure every corner of the office feels connected to the outdoors.
• Materiality: We love mixing textures. Think wire-cut brick, warm teak, and stone flooring. These materials age gracefully and add a layer of human touch to commercial zones.
• Spatial Flow: We plan spaces to encourage movement. By using features like courtyards and verandahs, we create transition zones where employees can take a break, gather for a coffee, or have an informal discussion.

The Brigade Valencia approach This project was a contemporary nod to the architecture of southern Spain. By moving away from stark, conventional office designs, we created an experience. The arches aren't just for decoration; they frame the light and shadow, turning a simple corridor into a visual journey. We want clubhouses and offices to feel as welcoming and considered as the homes we design.
