We create expansive villas and penthouses that blend worldly extravagance with a warm, lived-in feel. From double-height living areas to seamless indoor-outdoor flow, we build homes for refined comfort.

The living room of this luxury villa in Bengaluru features a 22-foot ceiling and a dramatic wooden gable roof. We designed the space with plush, neutral-toned furniture and a massive custom chandelier to create a feeling of royal comfort.

A closer look at the living room's details, showing the custom wall paneling and elegant armchairs. The design focuses on creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere for a well-traveled family.

An overhead view of the double-height living room, highlighting the symmetrical furniture arrangement and the grand scale of the space. The large window provides a beautiful view of the garden.

We carefully selected every piece of decor to complement the room's grand aesthetic. Here, the soft textures of the sofa and curtains contrast with the metallic accents of the side tables.

Details matter. The corner of this living room shows how we layer textures and finishes, from the elegant curtains to the marble-topped tables and sculptural decor.

The dining area in the villa continues the theme of refined elegance. A massive marble-topped table with a brass base sits under a custom palm-leaf chandelier, while our furry friend Bruno finds the coolest spot in the house.

A custom-designed green credenza with arched details and brass accents serves as a stylish storage solution in the foyer. The space is calm and welcoming, with our client's dog, Bruno, often found lounging here.

About this collection

When designing luxury villas and penthouses, our focus is managing volume without losing that homey feel. Whether it is a 22-foot ceiling or an expansive terrace, we ensure the scale works for you, not just for the photos. We pair grand elements like Italian marble and custom lighting with tactile, comfortable furniture arrangements, ensuring every corner feels lived-in and intentional.

Our philosophy for these large-scale projects is simple: grand architecture needs a grounding element. We do not just fill empty floor plans; we craft spatial stories.

The Balance of Grandeur and Comfort

Luxury is not just about marble and gold. In our Bangalore villa projects, we often deal with double-height living areas that risk feeling cold. We counter this by using warm, natural textures like wood paneling, fluted details, and soft, oversized rugs. We bring the scale down to a human level, making sure that while the room looks impressive, it remains a space where you actually want to relax.

Tech and Craft

For our high-value projects, we integrate automation without making it the star of the show. Think hidden bar units behind custom panels, automated privacy screens for your penthouse, and lighting grids that you can adjust for a quiet evening or a party. We work closely with our partners to source or build everything—from brass-inlaid dining tables to unique furniture pieces that you will not find in any catalog.

Our Process for Villas

Since we operate on a 'one in a row' basis, we give your project our full attention. This starts with deep-dive planning—optimizing the floor plate, adjusting walls for better flow, and creating a cohesive design language that ties the garden, the living area, and your private suites together. If you have an existing villa or a penthouse floor plan that needs a complete overhaul, we are here to help you reimagine it.
