We love pushing the boundaries of what's possible with materials. This illuminated onyx bar, which we designed and built for a client's cigar lounge, is a perfect example.
Here's how we did it: Stage 1 involved creating a precise metal framework to serve as the skeleton of the bar.

Stage 2 was fixing clear acrylic panels to the metal frame to provide a solid surface for the next layer.

In Stage 3, we attached a grid of LED panels to the framework. This is what gives the onyx its beautiful, even glow.

About this collection
When we design custom pieces like our illuminated onyx bars, we are not just sketching shapes. We are engineering light and structure. Why go bespoke? Because standard furniture does not always fit the narrative of your home. We spend time experimenting with textures, from Athangudi tiles to rattan and marble, to create pieces that feel honest and tactile.
Take our 'Lumiere Bar' project for instance. It started as a challenge: how to turn a solid block of stone into a glowing piece of furniture. We built a precise metal framework, integrated LED panels, and cladded it with 20mm thick onyx. It is not just a bar, it is the heart of the cigar lounge.
We bring this same level of detail to everything we make, whether it is a pink arched credenza for an office or a playful brick wall in a residential nook. We do not do boring, and we do not do half measures.
