Design for us is a mix of fun, patience, and a bit of chaos tamed - we go one thoughtful space at a time. You’ll find us geeking out over light, clean lines, and keeping things simple but not boring. We don’t just chase trends or fancy stuff for the sake of it. Instead, we stick to an idea and see it through, aiming for spaces that feel timeless and real.
What We Actually Make
Homes with stories. If you want a luxury villa that’s still cozy, or a penthouse that’s all about open views and natural light, we’re into that. We experiment with styles like Neo Japandi interiors for those who crave a balance between minimalism and a bit of grandeur, and Organic Modern home design with lots of soothing colors and natural textures. Our own Bangalore penthouse is proof - open, fresh, connected to nature.
Details That Matter
- Living rooms get curated art and sometimes a cheeky surprise, like a hidden bar behind movie-themed panels.
- Bedrooms range from luxe Sabyasachi-print wallpaper to tropical guest rooms or playful kids’ spaces with custom bunk beds and brick walls.
- Bathrooms feature a mix of marble and patterned tiles. Terraces and balconies? We turn them into chill lounges.
Beyond Homes: Why Not Offices and Restaurants?
We don’t do boring workspaces. Think arches, courtyards, or sunlit rooms with a soft vibe. Clubhouses and restaurants get that minimal workspace design touch, but layered and textured for actual personality.

My Story
We’re Studio XS, Shivani and Sucheth plus our wild crew. Fourteen years zipped by, one project at a time, with our ‘One in a Row’ motto. We’re not just about blueprints - our studio’s a mix of marathon runners, dance moves, and mad drink experiments. Akshara’s the Thrissur spark, Shifa brings Mumbai vibes, and our Malayali intern gang keeps the ‘enthu’ (energy) high. We work, we laugh, we create together. That’s us.
