Scope of Work
- Design: Includes 2D layouts, concept moodboards, and technical drawings for electrical and plumbing.
- Civil: Basic demolition for open kitchens, peripheral gypsum false ceiling in social areas, and premium emulsion painting.
- Electrical: Shifting points, installing sleek switch plates (GM/Legrand), and LED strip lighting profiles.
Room by Room Inclusions
- Living & Dining: Custom TV unit with laminate slat details, crockery unit with glass shutters, and specific functional nook creation.
- Kitchen: Modular setup featuring high-gloss or matte acrylic/laminate finish, quartz countertops, and tandem boxes.
- Bedrooms: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with laminate finish, integrated dressing units, and basic study tables.
- Bathrooms: Under-counter vanity units with laminate finish and mirror storage cabinets.
Specifications & Materials
- Core Material: MR Grade Plywood for dry areas and BWP Plywood for kitchen/utility (Greenply/Century equivalent).
- Finishes: 1mm textured or high-gloss laminates (Merino/Royal Touché). No Veneer or PU.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and channels from Hettich or Hafele.
- Special Features: Concealed handles, magnetic latches, and COB lights in false ceilings.
- Partitions: Powder-coated metal or wooden slat partitions.

- Design: Full suite from concept to execution, including electrical looping and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP).

- Master Suite: Upholstered headboards (tufted velvet/fabric), fluted veneer wall paneling, and walk-in wardrobe concepts.

My Story
Hey, we’re Arjun and Pankhuri, partners in Studio 8 Designs and also in life! Pankhuri’s always been the sketchbook type, quiet but full of ideas, learning honest design across Bangalore and Ahmedabad. Arjun kicked things off as a side hustle for US studies, but now, wow, we’re pushing 400 projects. We love creating spaces together, mixing adventure and design, pretty much building the life we dream about. Cheers to designing, exploring, and a bit of madness!
