Foyer Management
Custom shoe storage cabinet featuring cushioned seating and paneling designed to conceal electrical meter boards.
False Ceiling
Designer gypsum ceiling featuring wooden rafter accents or cove detailing, including electrical wiring for fans and lights.
Partition & Lighting
Wooden or metal framed partition to segregate spaces. Includes installation of warm ambient cove lights and track lights.
Premium Modular Kitchen (PU/Acrylic)
Cabinetry Construction
Custom modular units built with BWP Marine Grade Plywood (IS 710) carcass. Shutters finished in High-Gloss PU or Acrylic. Includes overhead lofts and base units.
Countertop & Backsplash
Premium Quartz (Silestone/Kalinga) or high-grade Granite installation with precise edge moulding and sink cut-outs.
German Hardware
Heavy-duty soft-close Tandem boxes, bi-fold lift-ups for overheads, and corner optimization units (Magic Corner). Brands: Hettich/Hafele/Blum.
Storage & Accessories
PVC cutlery trays, plate organizers, bottle pull-outs, and wicker basket drawers for vegetable storage.

Under-cabinet warm white LED profile lighting for task areas.
Master Bedroom Styling & Woodwork
Wardrobe Unit
Floor-to-ceiling swing or sliding wardrobes (approx. 8ft wide) finished in Duco Paint + PU coat. Includes internal drawers, hanger rods, and locks.
Sleeping Setup
Custom-made King-size bed with hydraulic storage base. Features a designer upholstered headboard (fabric/leatherette) rising to 5ft. Includes two matching bedside tables.
Work Station
Minimalist study table with drawers and overhead ledge/bookshelf in veneer or laminate finish.
Ceiling & Walls
Gypsum peripheral ceiling with hidden cove lighting and recessed COB spot-lights. Premium wallpaper or texture paint for the bed-back wall.
Turnkey Luxury Bathroom Renovation
Civil & Plumbing
Demolition of existing setup, fresh waterproofing, plumbing point shifting, and wall/floor re-tiling using large-format vitrified tiles.
Vanity Unit
Water-resistant plywood vanity topped with Quartz and a premium counter-top ceramic basin.
Mirror Assembly
Custom-sized mirror with integrated LED backlighting and concealed electrical points.
Wet Area
8mm or 10mm toughened glass shower partition to separate wet and dry zones.
Fixtures
Installation of sanitaryware (EWC, Diverters, Rain Showers, Taps) from brands like Kohler, Jaquar, or Grohe.
