What Drives Us
I don’t see interiors as just how a room looks - it’s about how it makes you feel. My process starts with getting to know you: how you live, what matters to you, and even the small quirks that make your space yours. Design is not just decoration for me, it’s your story in a physical form.
How We Work
It’s always a journey together, from our first chat to the final reveal. I pay close attention to the details, because tiny touches can completely change a room. You won’t find loud, showy designs here. I go for quiet confidence - spaces that feel calm, lived-in, and sculptural.
Homes & Beyond
- Homes: I design living spaces with neutral palettes and pops of colour, sometimes adding a swing or a statement accent wall. Bedrooms become personal retreats, with custom wardrobes and layered textures. Kids’ rooms are playful but practical, with safe features and furniture that adapts as they grow.
- Commercial spaces: From clubhouses and lobbies to experience centres and offices - I create places that help people connect and feel welcome.
My Style & Materials
You’ll see a lot of warm minimalist interiors, layered textures like cane and lime plaster, and micro cement finishes. I love mixing marble, wood, and handmade tiles for a space that feels personal and inviting.
Custom statement lighting, sculptural storage solutions, and flowing curves are my signature. Every element has a purpose and a story.

My Story
We’re Svamitva Architecture Studio, or just SAS if you like it short. For us, design starts with a question, not a sketch. Who’s this space for? What’s its real purpose? Our principal architect, Akshay, keeps reminding us—good design isn’t just about lines on paper, it’s about what matters to people. We’re a team, always bouncing ideas, arguing over details, making sure every space feels like it belongs to someone. That’s our thing.

What We Do - We design architecture, interiors, urban spaces, landscapes, and even products across Bangalore, Solapur, Bijapur, Gulbarga, Pune.
How We Work - We start with discovery—listening, digging deep into your vision, then shaping it into sculptural apartment interiors or refined commercial spaces.
Our Style - Clean lines, calm neutral tones, warm wood finishes, and a love for nature-inspired landscape design. We keep it simple, but never boring.
