Civil & Wall Treatment
Premium Plastic Emulsion painting. Minimal civil changes involving non load bearing walls. Integration of concealed doors into wall paneling for a seamless look.
Woodwork & Joinery
Floor to ceiling custom wardrobes using BWP Plywood with PU coating or Anti scratch Acrylic finishes. Includes specialized hardware like 180 degree concealed hinges and slide and fold systems.
Storage Units
Custom TV units, shoe consoles, and utility storage designed to blend into walls using a neutral palette.
Kitchen
Custom built modular kitchen with Quartz countertops, tandem boxes, and soft close mechanisms.
Electrical & Services

Flooring & Civil
Laying and mirror polishing of Italian Marble or large format slab tiles in common areas. Engineered hardwood flooring for bedrooms. Complete bathroom overhaul including marble vanity counters and premium fixture installation.
Premium Woodwork
Extensive use of fluted solid wood panels, natural veneers with PU polish, and concrete finish cladding. Refurbishing existing doors or installing new solid wood doors to match the theme.
Custom Joinery
Bespoke bar units, crockery units with glass shutters and internal lighting, and walk in wardrobes with island counters. Uses premium architectural hardware.
Thematic Zones
Creation of distinct zones such as a traditional Puja room with marble inlay or carved wood, or a study with rustic textures.

My Story
Hey, we’re Rohit and Ramya - ROxAR Design Studio is just us, two folks in Bangalore who believe homes should feel alive, not just look pretty. We’re obsessed with soulful living spaces, and yeah, we’ll probably ask about that old Kerala lamp or the painting from your last trip. That’s our thing - making your memories part of the design. Our first print feature? Felt amazing, mostly because our carpenters and painters truly make the magic happen.
