Authentic and Functional Workplace Design
We build workspaces that strip away the gimmicks, focusing instead on clarity, order, and the quiet sophistication that lets real work happen.
For a high-intensity infrastructure company, we designed a workspace that brings a sense of calm and order. The corridor uses reflective glass and clean wood paneling to create a streamlined path, reinforcing a feeling of clarity and purpose amidst a complex business environment.
Transparency and structure define this office corridor, with glass-walled cabins offering visual connection while maintaining acoustic privacy. The design uses a minimalist palette and linear lighting to create an atmosphere of sophisticated order, allowing the work and people to take center stage.
This perspective down a corridor of glass-enclosed offices showcases our approach to creating transparent yet structured workspaces. The exposed concrete pillar adds a raw, honest texture, contrasting with the refined finishes to build a space that is both functional and authentic.
A view of the glass-walled offices at the Sushee headquarters, designed to promote transparency and a sense of calm. The clean lines and uncluttered aesthetic reflect our belief that a workplace should be an orderly environment that supports focus and collaboration.
The reception area for Sushee infrastructure company features a bold, black perforated wall with the company's identity, set against natural wood and a solid marble desk. This combination of materials creates a first impression that is both sophisticated and progressively youthful.
A wider view of the Sushee reception, showing the interplay between the raw texture of the wood-paneled walls and the sleek, modern branding. The design is a testament to our belief in creating spaces that reflect a company's unique culture and values through honest materiality.
This collaboration booth at the Sushee office provides a semi-private space for focused work or small meetings. The warm orange upholstery adds a touch of vibrancy to the otherwise neutral palette, demonstrating how color can be used purposefully without overwhelming the senses.
About this collection
We approach office design as an exercise in clarity rather than decoration. By removing the visual noise of fleeting trends—like excessive color schemes or thematic kitsch—we create space for actual work to happen. Our approach prioritizes high-performance infrastructure, acoustic management, and transparent layouts that foster spontaneous collaboration, ensuring your workspace supports your organization's culture rather than distracting from it.
The Anti-Circus Approach
In an effort to appeal to modern workforces, many offices have transformed into stage sets filled with beanbags, coffee shop aesthetics, and fake fireplaces. We believe this pendulum has swung too far. Work is a serious endeavor, and our design philosophy rejects these distractions. Instead, we focus on the fundamentals: how light moves through a floor plate, how acoustics affect a team's ability to focus, and how spatial flow can dictate the efficiency of a business.
Our Process: From Logic to Layout
Our work begins with a deep dive into your operations. We examine how your teams interact, where the bottlenecks lie, and what your daily requirements actually are. Whether we are planning a high-intensity infrastructure office or a lean tech hub, our technical scope remains rigorous:
- Acoustic & Environmental Control: We utilize suspended baffles, acoustic paneling, and strategic glass partitions to maintain privacy without sacrificing the visual transparency that encourages collaboration.
- Infrastructure Integration: We embrace exposed ceilings and functional utility ductwork, treating them as part of the architecture rather than something to hide. Our designs integrate VRF HVAC systems and server room layouts with precision.
- Material Honesty: We prefer raw materials—polished concrete, birch plywood, and glass—that age gracefully and require minimal maintenance.
Why it Matters
When you remove the 'gimmicks,' you are left with something far more valuable: a space that allows your people and their aspirations to take center stage. We design for clarity, not for photos. If you are looking for a workspace that is as grounded and honest as the work your team does, we are the right partners.
