Functional and Focused Workspace Design
We design offices that prioritize focus, natural light, and the flow of conversation. From adaptive reuse of factory shells to minimalist corporate hubs, our workspace solutions ground daily work in quiet, thoughtful surroundings.
'Verticale' is a 5,000 sq. ft. workspace we designed based on contemporary minimalism. This tour highlights the clutter-free environment, where warm, neutral tones and vertical wooden slats create a sense of rhythm and calm, while customized furniture ensures every cabin is tailored to its user.
For the 'On The Grid' travel agency office, we embraced minimalism and functionality. The design is unified by a grid concept, seen in the flooring and partitions, while a calm palette of white, wood, and grey creates a serene and highly efficient work environment.
This view of the 'On The Grid' office showcases the open and organized environment we created. The workspace features shared desks with clean lines, separated from the meeting area by a perforated metal screen. A custom wooden pendant light adds a touch of warmth to the minimalist design.
The main workstation area in the 'On The Grid' office is designed for efficiency and collaboration. We used white metal desks with marble tops and ceiling-suspended open shelves to maintain a clean, airy aesthetic, ensuring the 700 sq. ft. space feels uncluttered and productive.
Monokuro is a project where we transformed a former factory canteen into a bright, modern workspace. The design centers on a lush green courtyard that brings nature and light into the office, creating a refreshing and collaborative atmosphere through the principles of adaptive reuse.
In the Artem office, we used floor-to-ceiling glass partitions to create a sense of transparency and openness. This design choice allows natural light to flow through the entire workspace while providing acoustic privacy, fostering a connected yet focused corporate environment.
The reception area at the Artem office is designed to be warm and welcoming, moving away from typical corporate aesthetics. We used a wooden reception desk and a slatted wood feature wall, complemented by deep blue seating and indoor plants, to create an inviting first impression.
This before-and-after sequence shows the transformation of a raw space into our 'Slicing the Void' office. We used angular walls and contrasting flooring to carve out functional zones, turning an empty shell into a dynamic and efficient workspace.
For the Sanctum site office, we focused on creating a sense of quiet assurance through refined details. This custom-designed desk features a black granite top and an intricate wooden lattice base, set against a dark green marble floor, reflecting the quality and care of the homes to come.
Looking for creative office partition ideas? This reel showcases four hacks we use, from rattan weaves and textured glass to pivot libraries and multi-functional storage. We even designed a moving partition that transforms smaller cabins into a large, collaborative hub.
About Functional & Focused Workspaces
In our workspace projects, we often utilize Georgian glass partitions or rattan weaves instead of solid walls, which allows light to penetrate deep into the floor plate without sacrificing privacy. This approach does not just look clean, but helps your team feel connected to the entire office while keeping individual focus areas quiet and distinct.
Our workspace design philosophy is rooted in the belief that an office should be an extension of the work being done. When we approach an interior project, whether it is a new build or an adaptive reuse of an older structure, we look for ways to marry form and function. For instance, in our 'On The Grid' project, we utilized a strict geometric grid concept to organize the floor plan, creating thematic synchronization between furniture, lighting, and layout. This is not about being rigid; it is about creating a sense of order that naturally reduces visual clutter, allowing for better concentration.
We prioritize materials that age well and feel authentic to the touch. You will often find us integrating terrazzo flooring, lime plaster, or custom teak joinery to create a warmth that typical corporate offices lack. For businesses, this translates to spaces that feel less like sterile cubicles and more like creative homes for your team. We also focus heavily on zoning. By using glass partitions and low-height storage units, we keep the office feeling open and collaborative while ensuring that meeting rooms and cabins remain acoustically separate.
Our process is highly collaborative and involves you at every stage. We start by listening to how your team functions, then we sketch and rearrange until the flow feels intuitive. Whether you are transforming a warehouse in Ahmedabad or fitting out a new commercial space in Bengaluru, our goal is to build an environment that supports your specific needs while maintaining a calm, uncluttered aesthetic.
